Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and qqbd ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing all use of the qqbd website and related services, including live casino games, sports betting, slot games, crash games, and payment processing. These Terms apply to all users accessing qqbd from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where access is not restricted by local law.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on qqbd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 1Eligibility

The following eligibility conditions must be satisfied before a player may register an account or place any wager on qqbd.

• You must register using your own true identity. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Only one account is permitted per individual. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

2Account Registration

When you create an account with qqbd, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as required to keep it accurate and current at all times.

• Your account credentials are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• qqbd may require KYC verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC may result in account suspension.
• qqbd reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at qqbd's discretion, with prior written notice to the registered contact details.
• Players may close their own account at any time by contacting qqbd support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with these Terms before the account is closed.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

qqbd supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for Bangladesh players, including mobile banking and cryptocurrency. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Minimum amounts for USDT and card methods may differ and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method as the deposit where operationally possible. qqbd processes withdrawal requests the same business day for amounts below ৳50,000.
• qqbd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the player and are outside qqbd's control.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. qqbd may request supporting documents before releasing funds to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• qqbd does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party sources will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to a qqbd wallet. Players must ensure the correct account details are used at the point of transfer.

4Bonuses & Promotions

qqbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers.

• Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms including a wagering requirement, minimum odds, game eligibility, and an expiry period. These terms are stated in full on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement in full.
• qqbd reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time, subject to obligations already accrued by the player at the point of amendment.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. qqbd actively monitors for duplicate bonus claims.
• qqbd will not honour bonus claims made under fraudulent circumstances. Any winnings derived from bonuses obtained by providing false information may be voided without notice.

5Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating betting strategies in a manner designed to exploit the platform, bonuses, or game mechanics.
• Providing false identification, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your jurisdiction of residence.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to obtain funds or free plays not legitimately earned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using qqbd as a vehicle to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity.

6Responsible Gaming

qqbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players aged 21 and above. The following tools and policies are available to help players manage their gambling activity.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings at any time. Reduced limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may apply for self-exclusion for periods of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion the account is locked and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals can be made except for return of eligible funds.

7Intellectual Property

Unauthorised use of qqbd intellectual property may result in a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqbd disclaims all liability for losses arising from your use of the platform. The following specific limitations apply.

• qqbd shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if qqbd has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game, qqbd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. qqbd is not liable for any consequential losses arising from such malfunctions.
• qqbd's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9Amendments to These Terms

qqbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, qqbd will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered players via their registered contact details before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication on the qqbd platform.
